Be a Volunteer
Volunteers play a crucial role in EarthWorks Expo’s success. More than 70 wonderful volunteers helped us in 2007, and we’ll need even more in 2008. Volunteers perform a wide range of tasks, including running the EarthWorks store, helping with ticket sales, monitoring workshop attendance, assisting our keynote speakers, and much more. Most tasks do not require great physical exertion. A number of volunteers will be needed 30 to 90 days before the expo weekend (June 21-22, 2008).
All volunteers receive a 2-day all-inclusive pass to the exhibit hall, workshops and keynote speeches; a great looking EarthWorks T-shirt, free food during their shift, and other cool stuff. We guarantee that you’ll have a fun and fulfilling experience!
Volunteers on expo weekend will be asked to work one 6-hour shift (with breaks) during the event, and may be asked to attend an orientation meeting prior to the event.
Please join us in making EarthWorks Expo 2008 the most exciting and empowering sustainable-living event Denver has ever seen. Be an EarthWorks volunteer!
