Be a Workshop Presenter

EarthWorks Expo 2008 exhibitors are encouraged to submit workshop proposals. For 2008, 35 workshop slots are available. Workshops are selected on the basis of  uniqueness and educational value and are not intended to promote specific products. No workshop will be offered more than once. Up to five workshops may run concurrently, but no workshops will run during keynote speeches.

Workshops may also be offered by individuals or organizations that are not registered EarthWorks exhibitors, space permitting. There is no charge for the use of workshop space or equipment.

Workshop Application Deadline: April 1, 2008

The following terms apply to all workshop presenters.

• All workshops are held indoors except by special arrangement.
• Workshops run 60 to 75 minutes with 7 to 15 minutes on either end for setup and cleanup.
• Room use, including AV equipment, is free of charge.
• Rooms seat 50 to 100+ people and will be assigned at the discretion of the Expo organizers.
• Workshop presenter is compensated $1.00 (one dollar) per attendee, payable 30 days after the event. Attendance will be tallied by Expo monitors.
• Workshop applications must be received by April 1, 2008, to be considered.
